This project added a back room to the house, with sliding doors to a raised deck and patio area in the backyard, raising not only the value of this home, but yard functionality and appearance as well.

This project took an existing stoop and replaced it with a porch leading to a multi-level deck and patio leading to the pool, leaving the bay window open to the yard.

This home undertook a transformation into a beautiful cottage style home. Here we replaced the front stoop with a full covered deck, adding a 2 car garage and upper loft area. The shingle style was also changed from a basic asphalt to a cedar shake, finishing off the overall presentation of the home.
